As a traveller from Singapore, looking back now in my 40s, I love Dubai’s vibrant energy, the romance of Paris and the laid-back charm of Melbourne—especially when paired with a perfect magic coffee.

Milestones

Mieko's journey in the realms of digital magazine creation, hospitality and the travel industry has been marked by her dedication and innovation. Since founding the esteemed digital magazine, Le Style in 2011, she has been instrumental in connecting readers to cultural experiences and fine art. Mieko has also spearheaded annual fundraisers at prestigious venues like The Langham and Sofitel Hotels & Resorts. Her multifaceted expertise spans photography art, hospitality and travel where her keen business acumen has reshaped creative landscapes through collaborations with renowned brands and artists such as Longchamp, Jason Brooks, and Chanel Australia.

An annual highlight in Mieko's portfolio has been the production of L’heure du Thé fundraisers, an elegant celebration of art and gastronomy for Le Style readers. These events, featuring acclaimed artist Kerrie Hess and custom menus crafted in collaboration with culinary teams at The Langham and Sofitel have garnered widespread acclaim. They have attracted fine dining guests and support from entities like Montblanc Australia for charitable causes.

Mieko's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond publishing. Drawing inspiration from the joy of simple pleasures, she launched Bibliophilia, a venture specialising in curated books and accessories that serve as gateways to the art of escapism. This endeavour seamlessly integrates e-commerce with interior design services, catering to a discerning clientele seeking sophistication and cultural enrichment.

Recognising the demand for exclusive experiences, Mieko introduced Private Sky Society, a bespoke luxury service featured in The Luxury Lifestyle Magazine. Catering to elite clients, this venture delivers personalised experiences that epitomise opulence and refinement.

Drawing from her experience as Gallery Director at LUMAS, a renowned photography art gallery in Berlin, Mieko continues to innovate and shape the creative world, consistently pushing the boundaries of art, culture and luxury, particularly in the cities that inspire her.
